Vendor Registration - Non Food

Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Camarillo Fiesta & Street Fair!

Please note the following important information:

  • Applications open February, 2020 and all vendors are subject to a "first come, first to register" basis.

  • All fields are required - text fields must contain the necessary information we need to assist you.

  • Please refer to the Vendor Information and  Vendor Check List prior to completing this form.

  • Corner booths are subject to availability.  We will monitor and update the status as here on the site.

  • Check in time is 6am - 8:30 am, however  hours may vary and be as early as 5 am. 

  • Please be sure to check the appropriate box to either pay online or mail in your check.

  • It is mandatory that each vendor provide proof of insurance. For those vendors that do not have insurance, it can be purchased through the City of Camarillo via the registration form. Click here to view the Insurance Sample Certificate. See also under Vendor menu.

  • All Vendors must complete and submit the "Waiver of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify". Click here to view the Waiver form. See also under Vendor menu.
