Vendor Info & Opportunities

Register to become a vendor and showcase your brand with your craft food or non-food for this event! This is an exciting time to meet prospects and strengthen your existing customer base... or facilitate new leads and prospects.  This is a great opportunity to help grow your business, network with other businesses, and expand your brand!

Here is some general information for all vendors

Hours & Schedules:


  •     Carnival Only: Thursday, July 16th, 6pm - 10pm.

  •     Carnival & Entertainment Only: Friday, July 17th, 6pm - 10pm.

  •     Street Fair Vendor Hours for Saturday, July 18th, 10am - Booth Must Close by 10pm.

  •     Street Fair Vendor Hours for Sunday, July 19th, 12pm - 6pm.

  •     Spaces may be forfeited if not occupied by 9am, Saturday, July 18th.

  •     All spaces to be cleaned and streets opened by 7pm, Sunday, July 19th.



  •     The City of Camarillo will identify parking spaces to be utilized during the Street Fair and will post signs accordingly.

  •     Parking for vendors will be located at the Metrolink Station.

  •     No parking on private property or in alleys . . . you may be ticketed or towed.


​Confirmation, Payments & Refunds:


  •     As part of the Application submission process, applicable fees are paid online via PayPal.

  •     Insurance payments made by check are made payable to "Camarillo Fiesta Association".

  •     Your application will be your confirmation into the street fair, unless you are notified otherwise.

  •     If you are not accepted as a Street Fair Vendor, refunds will be made July 30, 2020. 

  •     Please make sure your spam software does not block this address.

  •     A final information packet will be e-mailed to all accepted vendors one week prior to the event.




  •  Ice will be for sale during the Camarillo Fiesta & Street Fair for $9 per bag from the Fiesta Information Booth on Ventura Blvd.


​Vendor Check-In & Inspections:


This is the address you may use to Google Map the location and get directions to the Camarillo Fiesta & Street Fair:  2200 Ventura Blvd., Camarillo, CA 93010


  •     Vendor check-in is located right across from the Chamber of Commerce on Ventura Blvd.  

  •     Vendors will be notified in July of exactly what time to arrive for inspection.

  •     Food Vendors: Check-in on Saturday is from 5am to 6:30am.

  •     Non-Food Vendors: Check-in on Saturday is from 6:30am to 8:30am.

  •     There is no Sunday Check-in.

  •     Food Vendors: Inspections start at 8am for Saturday and 10am for Sunday.

  •     Food Vendors at Didzar Park: Inspections start at about 3pm for Friday.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please be sure to read the vendor information above, including the "Vendor Check-List".  The forms below will assist you in your registration for mailing in your registration or paying online.  Begin by clicking on the Form links below and select the form that best suits you for being a Food Vendor or Non-Food Vendor. 


There are several options to send your payment:


1. Mail in your payment -

a. complete your form(s) electronically, print and send to the address below.

b. complete your form(s) manually by downloading the PDF version and send to the address below.  See PDF links below.

2. Pay online using PayPal.  Submit your payment via SSL ( secure socket layer) You have  can complete your form electronically and print or print a PDF version
